Peter Schnitzler, General Manager, Point-of-Care Media

As GM, Peter is responsible for developing and delivering innovative consulting and support services that help pharmaceutical brands integrate their omnichannel campaigns at the digital point of care. 

With 15 years of healthcare marketing and team leadership experience, Peter has deep expertise in customer-centric brand promotion including development of tactics, project management, supplier expansion and outcomes analysis across channels. His skills include exceptional proficiency reaching providers in Electronic Health Records systems (EHRs) with highly relevant messages that resonate in the moment.  

Prior to joining POCP, Peter held multiple advertising and market access roles of increasing responsibility with Eli Lilly & Company before leading its first-ever EHR and Health IT Center of Excellence team. He was previously a marketing manager for UnitedHealthcare’s UnitedHealthOne individual health insurance brand.

Peter earned a BA in Journalism from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis. He lives in the Indianapolis suburbs with his wife and three children.

Brian Bamberger is responsible for solution and business development in the pharmaceutical industry for Point-of-Care Partners (POCP) and Point of Care Media.

With more than 25 years of achievement in the pharmaceutical and healthcare information industry, Brian offers expertise in the areas of ePrescribing, EHRs, and Managed Markets. He has spent two decades developing standards for pharmaceutical payer information including NCPDP’s Rebate Standard and the Formulary and Benefit Standard. Brian has worked with all the early ePrescribing applications around their implementation of formulary information to meet industry requirements. 

Prior to joining POCP, he was Vice President and Management Advisor for TGaS Advisors where he led the Managed Markets Benchmarking Practice. At MediMedia Information Technologies, he developed the industry’s first formulary database and other measures for pharmaceutical companies. As COO of SMG Marketing Group (Verispan), he led the profiling and market tracking of managed markets organizations for pharmaceutical companies and the medical device industry.  

Brian graduated from LaSalle University with a BA in Finance and has earned an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University Pharmaceutical MBA program.
